To acquire a Driving Privilege Card from the DLD, you must submit your fingerprints along with a photograph. There is an extra fee of $5 for the photo.

Please ensure you have the following items with you:
- Valid form of identification
- Live Scan direct submission form or Cactus ID for educational purposes
- Cash, credit, or debit card for payment
- Clean hands

- Driver's license from any state or country
- An identification card from any state or country
- Passport from any country, with or without appropriate immigration documents
- Passport card from any country, with or without appropriate immigration documents
- Border crossing card
- Permanent Resident Alien Card (I-551 – Green Card)
